2.Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in any of our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our programs are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By proceeding, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or submit an enquiry.

3.Service Description

Anakot provides online AI education programs delivered in English, designed for learners based in Thailand and internationally. Our current programs include:

  • AI Basics Program – ฿3,600
  • Applied AI Program – ฿5,600
  • AI Career Preparation Track – ฿7,900

We aim to keep our programs available consistently, though we may occasionally update content, adjust scheduling, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance. We will communicate meaningful changes in advance.

4.Accounts

To access program materials, you will be provided with account credentials after enrolment confirmation. You are responsible for keeping these credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

Please notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend accounts where misuse is identified.

5.User Responsibilities

When using our website or programs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or registering
  • Use learning materials for personal study only, and not redistribute or resell them
  • Engage respectfully if interacting with instructors or other learners
  • Not attempt to copy, extract, or reproduce course content for commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems

6.Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, branding, and learning resources are the intellectual property of Anakot or our content partners. These are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Upon enrolment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use program materials for your own study. This licence does not permit copying, sharing, or commercialising the content.

7.Payment Terms

Program fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to access being granted. Payment details will be provided at the time of enrolment confirmation.

Refund policy: If you wish to withdraw within 7 days of enrolment and have not yet accessed program materials, please contact us and we will consider a full refund. After materials have been accessed or after the 7-day period, fees are non-refundable, though we will do our best to find a workable arrangement in exceptional circumstances.

We reserve the right to adjust program fees with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect enrolments already confirmed.

8.Course Enrolment & Completion

Each program is self-paced with mentor support. We ask learners to engage in good faith and progress through the material at a considered, steady pace.

Completion acknowledgements (where offered) reflect that a learner has worked through the program content. They do not represent industry certifications or formal qualifications.

We expect academic integrity from all learners. Submitting work that is not your own, or misrepresenting your experience level, is grounds for account suspension.

Program access periods and any associated support windows will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.

9.Disclaimers

Our programs are designed to support learning and skill development. We aim to provide accurate, relevant, and current content, but we cannot warrant that materials are free from errors or always up to date with every development in AI and machine learning.

Outcomes from completing our programs vary by individual effort, prior experience, and application. We do not make representations about employment outcomes or specific skill achievements.

The website and programs are provided in good faith. We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on information found here.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Anakot's liability in connection with your use of our programs or website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or missed opportunities, arising from your use of our materials.

Events outside our reasonable control (including technical outages, acts of nature, or regulatory changes) may affect service availability without constituting a breach of these Terms.

11.Indemnification

You agree to hold Anakot harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website or programs, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

12.Termination

You may stop using our programs at any time. If you wish to formally withdraw from a program, please contact us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate access where a learner has violated these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution clauses — will continue to apply.

13.Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Before pursuing formal legal steps, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to addressing concerns in a calm, respectful, and practical manner. Most issues can be resolved through straightforward communication.

14.General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anakot regarding use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, with the remaining provisions continuing in full force.

Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms on a given occasion does not waive that right going forward.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of our website or programs after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you have active enrolments, we will notify you of material changes by email.
